Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the campo.coach platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Executive Forecast ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

campo.coach is an AI-powered sales coaching platform designed for pharmaceutical commercial teams. The Service provides voice-based coaching sessions, performance scoring, session reports, and team management tools. The AI coach simulates customer interactions for training purposes only and does not provide medical advice.

3. User Accounts

Access to the Service requires an account created by an authorized administrator within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any purpose other than authorized sales training
• Share, record, or distribute coaching session content outside your organization without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or proprietary algorithms
• Use the Service to generate, store, or transmit content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, AI models, content, design, and documentation, is owned by Executive Forecast and protected by intellectual property laws. Product knowledge bases and coaching content uploaded by your organization remain your property. We claim no ownership over your proprietary content.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Coaching session data, including voice recordings and transcripts, is processed to deliver the Service and generate performance feedback. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The coaching feedback, scores, and recommendations provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for training purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, regulatory guidance, or official compliance assessments. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that sales practices comply with applicable regulations, including COFEPRIS guidelines.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Executive Forecast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico City.
